This is new P4/Core 2 duo Socket 775 stock heatsink and fan for Socket 775 CPUs up to 103 Watt 3.2 Ghz. It has been pulled from NEW Core 2 duo 775 retail box. These new Socket 775 heatsinks and fans, with copper bottoms, work great as a standard CPU replacement cooler for Socket 775 CPUs. It will keep your Socket 775 CPU cool.

Comes with a new thermal interface material applied to the bottom of the heatsink in a 3 bar application from the factory. This thermal interface material on the fan-heatsink helps ensure that a good heat transfer takes place between the processor integrated heat spreader and the fan-heatsink eliminating the need to use messy thermal grease upon installation.

The reason why it's on sale is because we build 100% fanless, silent computers and have NEW unused fans in stock. Selling heatsink fans on our site would result in conflict of interests.
